Equity Matters
Traditional gender roles increase the likelihood that unemployment will lead to Intimate Partner Violence or domestic violence. If men think they should be the ones providing for their family, not having a job can make them very frustrated. If they have a hard time dealing with this frustration, it can raise the chance of them becoming violent.[10]
