Preparedness Matters

Older adults may face challenges due to chronic illnesses, disabilities, or social isolation. Some older adults may not have access to technology or the internet[]. Emergency preparedness should involve family, friends, neighbors, and community organizations to help inform and support older adults. Doing so will help make sure that this population receives as many updates and as much assistance as possible[].
